This unit examines the Australian law of restrictive trade practices contained in Part IV of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth). Although the unit focuses on the decisions of Australian courts, the Trade Practices Commission and the Trade Practices Tribunal, comparative UK, EEC & US decisions are considered.
