About this Unit
This unit provides an introduction to the theory and practice of mediation (including related ethical and legal issues) but is essentially designed to provide students with basic training in the skills required for mediation. Although some basic material will be provided in lectures, the emphasis is on workshops focusing on the development of interpersonal skills and on role-plays.
