In 2007 this unit replaced by 101366 - Interpersonal Interaction. This unit focuses on the importance of interpersonal communication in personal and work life. Some of the issues that we look at include: first impressions, stereotypes, attributions, conformity, pro-social behaviours, and affiliation, attraction and love. Communication skills, and the different forms of communication are also examined.
