About this Unit
In 2013 this unit replaced by 400923 - Specialities in Traditional Chinese Medicine 2 (PG). The specialties of pediatrics, dermatology, ear, nose, throat (ENT) and eye diseases, are important divisions of TCM activity. This unit enables students to develop an understanding of the aetiology and pathophysiology of common paediatric, dermatological, ENT and eye disorders, and to analyze, diagnose and treat these conditions using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
