Assumed Knowledge
Student's should be able to apply knowledge from 300005 - Circuit Theory:
Employ the basic principles of analysing an AC electric circuit;
Apply Kirchhoff's Voltage and Current laws and their use in electric circuits;
Apply Nodal analysis, mesh analysis and superpositiion analysis to AC electric circuits;
Utilise Laplace Transform and its applications to Electric Circuits;
Demonstrate the concept of Bode plot and frequency response;
Examine passive and active filters.

About this Unit
This unit is aimed to provide an introduction to fundamental concepts and principles in digital signal processing. It focuses on signal analysis, digital filter design, hardware implementation and applications.
