About this Unit
This unit is designed for students from Advanced Degrees who are enrolled in The Academy. The focus here is the leadership of groups and teams in a cross-disciplinary environment and its application in various contexts. The unit encourages the examination of leadership through the lens of multiple disciplines thereby broadening perspectives of leadership and inspiring students to think and act outside the silos of their disciplines. Through the unit, students will be challenged to think about preparing for unknown futures and the nature of the skill sets necessary to prepare for and respond to change and innovations.
