About this Unit
This unit aims to provide students with an understanding of the relationship between human performance and complex aviation systems. A number of topics are considered including ergonomics, system safety, workload, anthropometry and automation. Students are introduced to the process of research and develop the skills necessary to prepare research reports for the academic aviation environment.
