About this Unit
This unit provides an examination of the range of typical psychopathologies that present for psychological treatment. Students will critically evaluate the common diagnostic systems of adult psychopathology, and examine the diagnostic criteria for a range of major psychopathological syndromes. The unit will equip students with the skills of diagnostic assessment and the student will be able to construct a case formulation to diagnose a range of psychological disorders.
