About this Unit
This unit introduces the uses of photography for visual research and Designed outcomes. It introduces the basic principals needed for working successfully with the medium. The unit explores how the recording, context and presentation of visual information using the photographic medium contributes to it's communicative potential. This will be developed through the exploration of the image design principles of composition, structure and visual organisation, using a variety of imaging techniques and processes.
