Students in this Creative Leadership sub-major will embark on a journey to grow as creative leaders who are globally aware, interculturally adept, and innovative changemakers. Students will examine challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives in a cross-disciplinary environment and will be equipped to anticipate and navigate fast-moving change. In this sub-major, students will grow as ethical leaders who are interculturally adept, can handle complexity, and seek opportunities to transform their communities. The students will also gain work experience by completing a 60-hour internship to develop their professional identity through work integrated learning. As potential employees, students will have an edge as they offer employers adaptable, multi-level skills that are responding to a rapidly shifting workplace with skill sets necessary to prepare for and respond to change.
