The Academy's Applied Leadership sub-major offers high-achieving students a specialised learning experience, focussing on developing tomorrow's leaders through carefully tailored academic units. Students will learn to see things from multiple perspectives in a cross-disciplinary environment, and will be equipped to anticipate and navigate fast-moving change. The aim is to ensure that students have leadership and critical thinking skills that are flexible, agile and nimble, open to all the possibilities that life and a constantly evolving career landscape can offer. As potential employees, students will have an edge as they offer employers adaptable, multi-level skills that are responding to a rapidly shifting workplace with skill sets necessary to prepare for and respond to change.
