The focus in this minor is on the role of management supporting the effectiveness of organisations. Students learn about people, management and organisational processes that are important for enterprise leadership; and about the role of innovation in adapting to change in organisations and changing work roles. Students participate in scenarios and industry related activities in developing skills and content for a business portfolio.
