The free-standing Employment Relations sub-major provides students with the general principles of employment relations and equips them with the in-depth knowledge and understanding of specific areas in the discipline field of human resource management and industrial relations. This sub-major is available to students not enrolled in a Human Resource and Industrial Relations Key Program.
