This sub-major is available to advanced students completing the Human Resource and Industrial Relations Key Program who achieve a grade point average of at least 5.0. It is seen as preparation for an honours year.
This sub-major was developed to provide students with a more in-depth analysis of the employment relations area, providing them with a sound basis of knowledge from which to undertake postgraduate studies. This sub-major explores historical and contemporary issues and debates in the employment relations field.
