The free-standing Employment Relations Major provides students with the general principles of employment relations and equips them with the in-depth knowledge and understanding of specific areas in the discipline field of human resource management and industrial relations. This Major is available to students not enrolled in a Human Resource and Industrial Relations Key Program.


Major Structure

The major consists of three core units and a choice of five alternate units from the list below.
