Master of Property Investment and Development (120 credit point entry pathway)
To qualify for the award of a Master of Property Investment and Development students must successfully complete 120 credit points of units as defined below. To achieve all available accreditation certifications, students must complete the listed numbered units. The taking of electives will reduce the number of certifications attainable. The capstone project cannot be undertaken until 80 credit points have been successfully completed.
To achieve all Australian Property Institute accreditation certifications, available for this course, students must complete the listed numbered units.
