This course is a professional degree course designed for people who seek specialist careers in human resource management and industrial relations. It is a double major designed to provide students with the capacity for career positions that require the formation and implementation of employment relations policies and programs to meet organisational objectives and strategies. Vocational areas open to graduates include training and development, remuneration management, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, agreement negotiation, dispute resolution and industrial advocacy.
