About this Unit
In 2013, this unit replaced by 102062 - New Reporting. This unit will introduce students to news gathering, research, story construction and news writing for delivery over a variety of platforms, from print-based to online and broadcast. It will give students foundation skills which they can then apply in the subsequent electronic and print feature units.
