This sub-major provides students with an insight to human resource management. Students develop skills and attributes that prepare them for career positions that require the formation and implementation of human resource management and industrial relations policies and practices in organisational contexts. Students will be addressing issues relating to employment and the world of work in terms of policy development and dispute resolution and agreement making. Students will engage also with relevant regulatory contexts.
This sub-major is available to all undergraduate students except continuing students completing a Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations key program or major and current students completing a Human Resource Management major.
