This major is available to all undergraduate students except those completing a Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations Key Program or a Human Resource Development and Organisational Development Key Program.
This major provides students with an exploration of issues related to staff selection and recruitment, employee performance and retention, and international employment relations, as well as addressing issues related to legal requirements and policy development.
