Structure
Students in the Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property)/Bachelor of Laws will complete the following course structure.
Note: Students seeking accreditation with the Australian Property Institute (API) should complete an additional two units over and above the 400 credit points of the double degree. The two additional units are 200711 - Statutory Valuation, offered in Autumn, and 200876 - Specialised Valuation, offered in Spring.
Students in 2740.9 Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting)/Bachelor of Laws should enrol in MT2014 Property.
