Admission

This course is an early exit point only from the Bachelor of Laws and related double degree courses.

Students must continue their study and graduate from a Bachelor of Laws course to be eligible to apply to the Legal Profession Admission Board for admission to legal practice in NSW after undertaking prescribed practical legal training.

Course Structure

Qualification for this award requires the successful completion of 80 credit points as listed below.

This comprises

  • 20 credit points of specified core units and
  • 60 credit points of LLB core and/or LLB alternate units.
