From 2018 this unit is replaced by 401217 Clinical Leadership in Nursing (Advanced). This unit for Bachelor of Nursing Advanced nursing students explores fundamental and advanced concepts and issues related to leadership in nursing. The unit focuses on exploration of contemporary, emerging and innovative approaches to leadership that may contribute to nursing standards, person-centred practice, evidence-based leadership, critical reflection and critical thinking in dynamic healthcare contexts.
