This unit focuses on building students’ knowledge in software design and construction. Students learn programming skills in a number of different languages, including JavaScript, shell programming, as well as the processes involved in software development. Students discover tools for version control, performance improvement, configuration and debugging with opportunities to apply their skills to a range of practical tasks.
