About this Unit
This unit introduces the idea that Law is value laden, and has a symbiotic relationship with the philosophical, social, political, and economic fabric of society – particularly in a globalised world. This unit equips Master of Laws students with a solid understanding of theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the issues in international governance, Further, the unit encompasses essential aspects of the legal research process, including accessing relevant sources, defining a research question, selecting appropriate research methodologies, and presenting a research project.
