About this Unit
In 2010 this unit replaced by 101712 - Language and Grammatical Concepts 3A: Japanese. This unit is designed to further improve and extend students' knowledge of Japanese grammar, and competence in reading and writing Japanese. Short authentic texts selected from Japanese magazines and newspapers are used together with the main textbook. In addition to covering all four language skills, this unit aims to cover basic knowledge of the lifestyle and culture of modern Japan, and give students basic language ability needed for living and working in Japan or with Japanese people.
