This sub-major is available to all undergraduate students except those enrolled in a Human Resource Development and Organisation Development or Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations Key Program.
This sub-major provides students with an overview in optimising human capital within the workplace, as well as some legal and policy issues related to the field of employment relations.
