The Education Studies Major comprises units that address key issues in contemporary educational thinking and practice, as well as providing a basis for students to enhance their critical thinking and understanding of issues in education.

NOTE: Students enrolled in 1708.2 - Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Birth - 5/Birth - 12) must enrol in the following major:
Major - Education Studies (Birth-5 / Birth-12)
To complete an Education Studies major, students must complete 80 credit points from the Numeracy and Science and Learning in Context pools of units. At least thirty credit points must be at Level 3 or higher.
